1. What does my order status mean?

In Orders Status, you can easily find each order you’ve placed and its current status. On your order details page, various help options will be available based on your order status.Please see the table below to learn what options are available to you at each stage of your order.Order Status Is:Pending:Your order is currently incomplete, awaiting payment. Once we’ve received your payment, we will confirm it within 24 hours and begin processing your order. Complete your payment Reorder Delete this order.Processing: Payment Received We has received your payment and is beginning verification to ensure payment security.Paid: your payment has just been confirmed and we will begin processing your order immediately. Processing: All products require processing before shipment. Processing includes selecting your products, quality assurance checks and careful packaging for shipment.Shipped: It means your package has been shipped to the shipping address you provided and you will get a tracking No., and carrier company information.Canceled: This order has been cancelled.

2. How do I check my order status?

Stellaandstyle.com has a very convenient function for customer to check their order status. Login To your account and click on Orders Status, where you are able to view all your orders and their current status.

3. Can I make changes to my order?

If you want to make changes to your order, it is better to contact our customer service staff via sending email to stella@stellaandstyle.com. Please note that because of the custom nature, most of our products can only be changed within 24 hours after the payment confirmation, or 30-50% of the total payment for restocking/processing fees may apply.

4. How can I cancel my order?

If your order status is pending, you can easily delete your order yourself. If your order status is processing, you can contact our customer service staff to cancel your order. Once an order is All Shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.See the chart below for information on products that may require restocking/processing feesWithin 24 hours of payment confirmation – Full Refund24-72 hours after payment confirmation – 30% of the total paymentMore than 72 hours after payment confirmation (non-shipped) – 50% of the total payment

5. When will I receive my order?

All of our items require processing time as well as the shipping time. Processing time can be as short as 24 hours, but for most items is between 13-16 business days. Shipping time is 3-5 days. For example, if you order a prom dress, it will need 13-16 business days of processing time and then 3-5 business days of shipping time. Therefore, you can expect to receive it in 16-21 business days.You can go to My Orders and click on the order you need help with to check the current status of your order and view the estimated shipping date.Once your items have shipped, we’ll send you an email with shipment confirmation and all relevant tracking information we can provide.

6. What if I have a question before placing an order?

If you need information before you buy, you can ask for Email Assistance and place a question. You can also ask question on the product page below the reviews, our customer service staff will be there to reply you soon and send email to you within 24 hours.

7. Can I get greater discounts if I purchase bulk orders?

As a factory based company, all of our products can be sold at wholesale price when it meets some quantities. We have been providing wholesale service for wholesalers and agent from all over the world for many years. Wholesalers can shop multiple items and get larger discounts! To become one of our wholesalers, please refer to the condition as follows:Before becoming one of our wholesalers, we can’t provide all of wholesale price to you.
